I'm told that the current email problem is linked to WiFi at BT and they are working on it. I'm also told that you turn off WiFi on your phone you can access email from your mobile. (I haven't tried it).
Same here, okay on iPad but not on mobile.Tried uninstall and reinstall but getting message no network available.
