Are BT emails down

Thank you! I can get emails on my phone connected to 4G. It's a problem only when devices are connected to wifi. Still, hope it's fixed soon! Panic over but not great service.

I can access on my phone on wifi, but not my laptop on wifi.

Hi, please help! I can’t suddenly access my BT Mail from my iPhone and laptop WITHOUT VPN while I can with VPN on or from my husband’s devices. I don’t normally use VPN. Thanks. B

Re: email link using MyBT I tried "MyBT > Your Products > Email" and just like all the other links to email on BT websites all I get is;

"This site can't be reached

email.bt.com’s server IP address could not be found.

Try:

• Checking the connection

ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED

Thanks for that info @gg30340. If I tether my PC to my mobile phone's hot-spot, I can refresh and see my emails (including new ones received this morning) in Outlook. I can also log in to BT webmail.

Err, nope still getting "this site can't be reached" using mobile, have to use the app which only gives limited access.

Down in Northern Ireland -some have mentioned being able to access by mobile internet rather than wifi - our local cell has no 4 or 5G this morning so no data!!

I have the same problem. Tried going on bt chat helpdesk but couldn't get a response.

It seems other sites affected too, e.g. similar problems accessing livecharts.co.uk.
