I've implemented auto-forwarding.  The got someone to send me an email... and it forwarded successfully to my gmail (and it kept a copy in my BT inbox).  However, I've received some more emails since then (into BT email)... but none have been forwarded. So it seemed to be working... but now isn't.  Anything I've done wrong?

If you use the forum in future you can "quote" the message that you are replying to if you click on the 3 dots above the reply to box and select the quote icon. You then add your reply and it shows what you are replying to.
