If you just want to report having received a scam email you need to do that on line.

If you have been scammed through an email or there is something else, if you post the details without any personal information the forum members may be able to assist you or direct you the best way to proceed.

It wasn't just a case of reporting fraud /scam.

Friend has been spoofed.

She received email from BT saying they had locked account and with instructions.

I her panic she closed email without noting contents.

When she followed on line instructions 

A) someone else's email address appeared 

B)then the site kept not loading and saying " try later" 

But I take it the answer is NO ,NO PHONE NUMBER

Via links. 

Starts off chat bot and then becomes a person.
