BTInternet rejects as SPAM emails our company sends to btinternet.com users

Customers of btinternet.com register with our company in order to get product download and registration information.  However, when we try to email them this information the email is sometimes rejected as SPAM.  How can we get our company's domain whitelisted so our customers can get the information they have requested?
