Bad connection on BT

Good morning, 
 
I am deliverability consultant.
 
I see a pic of bounces on 2 sending domains for one of my client
Log of bounces : bad-connection
Date of this issue : September 16
 
These are only transactional emails that are sent via these domains.
Nothing has changed since September 16.
This becoming critical for my client.
 
Could you help me with this please?

Check out the following link to ensure the domains comply. If they do try contacting the BT Postmaster on the address supplied in the link.
