Blocked senders/domain list

Hi, I need to unblock someone from my block senders list but I cannot find 'Blocked' in the list on the left side. Can you help please? Thank you.

Log onto your BTMail account using a browser, not an email client/app, and then click on your username at the right hand side.

Select "Settings" then go to the left hand side and select "Mail". Scroll down and click on "Blocked Senders".

Scroll down the list until you find the one you want to unblock and select it. Click on the small "Trash" symbol at the right hand side. It will only delete the email address from the blocked senders list not your contacts list.

Thank you for your reply but the issue I'm having is when I look down the list on the left hand side there is no 'blocked' folder.

I have blocked a domain as I'm not getting certain emails through anymore. I do remember blocking a domain rather than just the sender.

I would be really grateful for further help.

Are you sing a web browser?

Have you clicked on your username at the top right hand side after you have logged in?

After you are logged in are you clicking on "Mail" in the column at the left hand side, It should be below the Settings > Profile > Locale > Mail.

After you click on "Mail" you should see the following

Thank you very much for this, I have found the list now but I wanted to unblock Gmail senders as I think the one I received and clicked on block domain rather than sender must have been a Gmail email, I am not receiving emails from Gmail addresses anymore.

Look for the gmail domain in the blocked senders list, that is just the part after @ then unblock that. Domains are often missed by people just looking for an address.

Thank you for your reply. I couldn't find it in block senders but I added Gmail to safe senders and that seems to have worked. Should this be ok please?

Yes it's OK. 

If you have added gmail domain to your safe sender it stops any gmail addresses going to spam or being blocked.

Just be aware that spammers using gmail will also get through so be carefull with emails if you don't know the sender.
