I’m very pleased to announce that my email problem has been solved. Solution presented by the the people who look after the Email section (I think that number you first gave me) who, in examining my Email classification advised me my email was still classified “BASIC” despite being shown as “STANDARD” on in my account.
just goes to show one must speak to the right people.

T ‘was was a simple remedy for Sarah in that department to transfer my Email addresses to “ STANDARD”
