Can't access emails
I can login to the My BT page itself, and when I click "manage" for my email, it shows that my address is active. So I should be able to view, send, and receive emails from it.
From the website, if I click on email and try to login, it says something's gone wrong and gives me the code: bmx_2002
I've also tried to get to my emails using the mobile app, but it says it doesn't recognise either my username or my password (and I'm very, very sure that I'm using the correct password).
Is the only option to contact them by mobile for help? Because that's really not something I want to do.
