last time i dis this the only that wouldint sync was the calender so i just click cancel and logged straight in
only use this because webmail and outlook had ads

Just off the phone with BT Customer Services. The lady confirmed that all 4 emails are standard. She got me to power off my router for 5 minutes but the problem wasn't fixed. She has escalated my case.

Changing the password for my wife's S1 and S2 email addresses finally fixed the problem but it was not simple.
Logged into the S1 email using a webpage. Right clicked the email address at the top right of the webpage and selected Account Info. Put in the original password and entered the new password twice. This failed complaining about the original password!
So then chose the option that I had forgotten the password for this email address. To be able to change the password I had to type the 4 digit pin that BT emailed to the email address (the one I had forgotten its password, doh!). I was able to read the email on my phone and enter the pin. Password was changed successfully!!
Thunderbird on Zorin was then able to create the email account.
