I recently wanted to create a couple of new email accounts and created one no problem but now I just get the following
I have been trying for a week now but always get the same error, any work arounds/advice?

How many BT email addresses do you have linked to your BT Broadband account?
Are they all showing in your "Email, Manage" section of your MyBT?
Does the new one you set up work i.e can it send and receive emails?
Did you follow the procedure as per the following link?

Have you tried clearing your browser's history and cookies?
I have no idea why anyone would want to create email addresses tied to an ISP.
Just create Gmail addresses.
The last one I set up works fine and I should have several spare addresses available.
Have also tried different browsers and cleared cookies etc.

I have 6 (says 11 allowed) and I have deleted a couple of unused ones in case that was the issue - no luck.

We would need to get this looked into for you, if get in touch with our email tech guides, they can check the email account and see why you're unable to create new accounts and help you get this sorted.
