Hello
I am not receiving certain emails from a company who are providing me with online and physical training which is frustrating. I have added all their emails to the safe senders list and checked the blocked emails list and they are not on it. What else can be done?
Also, when I try to report this online using the Technical Support and the 'Message Now' button is appearing but not working.
Simple answer, just get a Gmail address

The 'Message Us' button is working when I test it. Do you have pop-ups enabled? If you're still having problems, could you try on another browser please? Once you get through, our technical support team will be able to look into this for you.
