I wonder if anyone can help ?
Last night I tried creating an email address on my account on My BT.
It seemed to go okay with a message on the page saying that it could take half an hour to go live but nothing happened.
I logged out & even tried creating another email address just to check that I'd not done anything wrong & had the same outcome.
I've got an older account so am allowed 11 addresses so should have 10 available.

I really wouldn't bother, why tie another email address to your ISP, create a Gmail address.
