Do you loose your '@btinternet.com' email address if you go along with BT's push to move u to EE?

I've noted BT is trying to get rid of it's customers by moving them to EE by offering 10x increases of broadband speed through EE at virtually the same price as your BT deal.

If you go along with this what happens to your '@btinternet.com' email address?

I've had mine for 20 years and it's associated as a verification, account and recovery email for so many aspects of my digital life it will be a nightmare to change it all!
