My aged relatives E mail in Leeds 15 has been down for a week. Despite many 'phone calls BT say it "will be repaired" during the night. Despite their promises it has not been rectified. Anybody else had similar problems?
yes my wife unable to access e-mail but mine on same account working OK Bt looking into it for 3 days now sending an engineer in 6 days time. Rapid response
