All the emails in my current inbox have gone today, and the inbox is now full of 6 month old emails that I had deleted.

How are you accessing your e-mail inbox, is it direct via BT Webmail, the app or an e-mail client? If you are using any other than webmail, try logging into webmail to see if the inbox is similarly affected there or not.

I discovered that, somehow, the email system had signed me out of my regular email account and signed me in to an account that I don’t use much. This happened while there was an outage at BT email. However, it explains what had happened. I tried to get back to my post on the community pages and delete it but I didn’t know how to find it and do that. Thank you for replying, though, it has helped me find my post. I am now trying to find out to delete the post.
