There seems to be an issue with email loading this afternoon. Webmail keeps saying to wait whilst the email loads. It seems to be across all methods with the Android app slightly better but still having issues and email client not loading the message contents with a database error reported.
Mod team - can you provide an update on when this will be fixed?
Yes, and lot's of false error messages being generatated, 'Please wait for email(s) to load completely' wehich may appear without even trying to open a message or, otherwise it just doesn't load a message at all, 'message too large' etc.
Unable to save or send o/g messages.
Also, after more than a month of always being a 'recognised device' today BT webmail demanded a passcode. This is repeating for every account and when making a second log-in to the same account.
This is affecting opening my emails old and new but it's been going on for quite a while and seems to be a fairly regular occurrence with BT emails. Not sure if BT's system is a bit rubbish or outdated but it is very frustrating when it happens. I've tried using a couple of browsers but it happens on both of them so I'm giving up on trying to access emails today, it's just a waste of time trying to so. It is weird that some emails open normally and other get the 'please wait for emails to load properly' error message. Which basically means that they will not open at all.
What is wrong with BT email today?? Takes ages for email to load on the BT web page - wait for email to load completely - then when it arrives in my apple mail inbox on a desktop Mac, there is no detail whatsoever, no sender, no content, nothing. I've rebooted the hub, logged out and in but nothing seems to resolve it. any suggestions please? Emails seems to load correctly on my iPhone.
Seems like the same issue which I've just posted on.
Takes ages for the webpage email to load the emails - "wait for email to load completely" - then comes through to my apple mail inbox with zero content, not even sender details, nothing.
How do we get BT to fix this? Emails seem to load fine on my iPhone.
