Thanks for letting me know this is now working for you. 

Logging in via Firefox is a web browser as you are not using any installed app 🙂

Thhe frequency of theis stupid pop-up is increasing to the extent that I cannot now type an email. Even what I have typed disappears. I Have tried typing off-line as a text file, then copying it into an email, but even that will not send.  BT are pathetic ( and I am not being rude )
