For the last couple of months, people sending me emails have been receiving this bounce back message.

554 30 Sorry, your message to *Yahoo mail address* cannot be delivered. This mailbox is disabled (554.30).

I am receiving emails normally at my btinternet address. I've gone to Yahoo but can find no record of this email. What do I do?

First of all I suggest you edit out the email address from your post.

Secondly, I suggest you contact Yahoo, this has absolutely nothing to do with BT.
