Hiya, I've had my BT email account for around 15-16 years now, but I've been having issues recently with the BT email app where any emails I send instead go straight to drafts and shown an error icon next to them meaning I can't even view them.
On web browser I seem to be able to send emails but they don't always go out, and when I specifically try and attach an image it takes more than one send for the other person to even see the image attached as the first email doesn't show an image. Also can't load images directly into the email contents, I can only attach.
I was wondering how I go about fixing this?

Are you presently a BT Broadband customer or are you paying for your email through a BT Premium email account or did you migrate to EE Broadband?
If none of the above your email account may have been downgraded to a BTMail Basic account which can not be used with an email client or email apps.

If you are a BT Broadband customer have you tried uninstalling the BTMail app and reinstalling it or better still have you tried a different email app such as BlueMail app.
