Hello, I've suddenly started getting error messages when trying to send simple emails with either basic Word documents attached or nothing attached:
"Sorry your email could not be delivered due to content policy reasons. Please check your message content for URLs, content and subject matter that could be construed as Malware, Spam or Phishing before retrying. (6-1-1-1) ID (68CA1EA8008D9955)".
Can anyone help?

Morning @Cambob
Thanks for coming to the community.
It could be our spam filters recognising something in your emails that believes is spam. Could you try changing the subject of the email, to see if this helps?
Also, if you're using a VPN, could you try sending the email with it switched off?
Speak to you soon 🙂
Leanne.
Thanks Leanne, in the end I deleted lots of my email inbox and emails started to send ok again.
There was nothing unusual about my subject lines or email text and no attachments but deleting old emails seemed to work!
Morning @Cambob
Thanks for coming back to me and sharing what has worked for you, I am sure this will be helpful for anyone else having the same problem.
Have a lovely weekend 🙂
Leanne.
