Folders
I use Thunderbird to read my emails but I have lost all my inbox folders! They are still on the BT email page, how can I transfer them to Thunderbird?

Re: Folders
Easiest way is to delete your account on Thunderbird and then add it afresh. That'll force Thunderbird to download all your folders from the BT servers. This happened to me (once) and I resolved it that way, but no idea why it happens.

Re: Folders
Sounds like you have your BT MAIL set up on pop3 and not IMAP. You need to set BT mail on IMAP and then thunderbird account also on IMAP and then they should mirror each other
