I run a Voluntary Organisation and send out a few emails BCC to a Email distribution list via a Yahoo email account - invariably now BTInternet Emails (including the ones I send to my own email address!) are being 'bounced' back with the following message. I have put the sender in my 'safe senders' list but they are still bounced back. It seems to over ride any 'rules' in the Junk Email option.
Is there a way of correcting this?
Thanks

Solved! Go to Solution.
Try it without your address being in the BCC list.
Rather than sending from your Yahoo account you could try using a bulk sender such as Mail Chimp which has a free version.
If you are the sender and have included the sending email address in the BCC section try removing it from there.
Many thanks - will see what that does.
Kind regards
