Groups and sending email

I have created a Group Contact with 49 email addresses. I select "compose" and click on either To or Bcc, then search for the Group, select the group, then press select when the Group has appeared, the screen then goes back to the email with no group or selection of email appearing in the To part of the email.

What is going on please?

when I post my reply to you i cant see what i've sent, its like i havent sent anything

Hey there @ijevans 

Your reply confirming your browser was being picked up by our spam filter, but I've released one of these blocked replies into the main thread. 

There were some similar issues recently specifically with Firefox, but we've not known anything with Google Chrome. 

If possible can you try this from a different device or browser to see if the same issue occurs in there?

Are you including your own email address in your Group?

If you are, try sending the email without your own email address being included.
