Hi @wallis Ohh, the mysteries of the BT spam filter. I tried to email my brother with a recommended air fryer, I had to remove Ninj* before it could be delivered.
Thanks for that. There don't seem to be any words that can be misinterpreted, but you never know. The message is only coming up on the computer. I'm able to send emails on my phone.
How do you check the messages for URL's etc

There are a range of different criteria for content filtering on messaging.
This is identified via an ongoing analysis of the reports we receive, and can be based on the patterns we spot from potential bad-actors, so there will never be a definitive list of what has caused the issue.
If you're confident that nothing here is problematic though, it could be worth trying to send this via a different connection.
If you try completely turning off your Hub for 30 minutes, then give this another try, it will assign you a new IP and could resolve the issue as well.
