Indecipherable error message when trying to log-in
The claims exchange 'RESTAPI-AuthenticateUserWithDNP' specified in step '10' returned HTTP error response with Code 'BadRequest' and Reason 'Bad Request'.
All of our family accounts have been seeing this message when trying to log in to webmail this morning. If we persevere, we all manage to get logged in eventually, but what on earth does that error message mean? I get the 'invalid username or password' one as that's usually down to some mis-typing. But this is something completely different.

Re: Indecipherable error message when trying to log-in
It means a failure to authenticate your login. As another here said, try and try again.

Re: Indecipherable error message when trying to log-in
Tried several times but ended up deleting my BT Email cookies and worked first time.
