I have been locked out of my BT email as it claims too many incorrect password attempts, however I have not incorrectly entered my password. Is there any way to determine if someone has been trying to access my email and if so who can I report this to.

Probably somebody with a similar email address to yours and mistyping it but entering their password. Nothing you can do about it.
