I Hello, I can only log into my emails via bt.com on my laptop using an in private window. After a period of inactivity it locks me out and I am forced to shut down my laptop and log in again. In a non-private window I get a recurring log in screen. I had been advised by BT to turn off VPN and to clear my history before logging on which seemed to work for a while. I have done two scans for viruses with no problems. I can access my emails on my kindle and smart phone with no problem.

Which browser are you using and have you tried a different browser?
Hi, I have tried logging in via Bing.com, and so far it all seems ok. I will shut down and log in on Bing again tomorrow, and hopefully it will work again no problem.
