Hi,
I have two old legacy btconnect.com email accounts that I do not use but I can see that they are still active and receiving mail. I can still access them on an old device, but they are not recognised by the current BT login system because they are not linked to a modern BT ID or active BT broadband account.
I have tried both phone support and online chat, but cannot get past account verification because I no longer have a BT account.
One of the mailboxes appears to be receiving emails relating to a money withdrawal from a gambling account that is nothing to do with me, so I am concerned about possible unauthorised use and would like both email accounts permanently closed as soon as possible.
Could a moderator please advise how I can get these legacy mailboxes referred to the appropriate team for closure/security review?
