New email format

Email now opens in a new format and when I try to use it on my PC responses are very slow.

Same using Chrome or Edge.

Can't delete trash items in one go more than six items has to be deleted in stages.

Really don't like new format, can I revert to last Mail version ?

You can not revert back to the old email interface.

Regarding the slow response. It may help if you try clearing the history and cookies from your browser.

Regarding deleting multiple emails, it has been answered many times already.

If you hold down the shift key then tick the box to the left of the first email you want to delete in the list of emails then scroll down using the scroll bar on the right hand side and tick the last email you want to delete then release the shift key. It will select all the emails in between. You can then click delete or drag and drop them into the Trash folder.

I haven't marked as accepted solution because I am still getting slow response times. 

Cleared cache and history - no improvement.

Not getting slow response times with any other app. just BT Email since new email interface.

My Edge and Chrome are latest versions.
