I have left BT as they can't provide full fibre to my house.
I have signed up and paying for premium email service as my wife wants to keep her email address.
When I sign in to myBT and go to manage email, I can't manage any of them, it just lists addresses that have been given by me, no active mail boxes for the account.
Also when paying for premium mails services, according to the website, I should be able to continue using any compatible mail client, ie Outlook etc but none of the main stream applications work on my phone or pc, the only thing that works is BT Mail application.
My main email account will work, one of my wife's account will sometimes work with outlook.
It looks like MAPI was not enabled properly on the accounts or similar.
I did have problems when switching over to premium where all the accounts bar 2 were marked for deletion which was sorted out manually. Funnily these are the two that work in outlook sometimes.
Who do I need to conatct regarding this? I wan't to be able to manage and connect to my email accounts.
