No longer possible to edit event times in calendar.

Please forgive my impatience but I first raised the issue last October!

I have recently noticed that it is possible to select the length of appointments in 15 minute intervals. OK, that's a small improvement, but where's the logic then times can only be set at half hour intervals? And even being able to log appointments as quarter hour intervals is not good enough. My eye test this week is at 11.25 or, as I had to enter it, 11.30 with a note "Actual time: 11.25". Ridiculous!

Set it at 11.15 and arrive early.😄

I'm looking for action. And you can't set 11.15, only 11.00 and 11.30. It is only the event length that can be set in 15 minute intervals. The system is not fit for purpose.
