I have stopped receiving emails in Outlook from my BT email. Though I can still send emails from Outlook via BT that arrive at their destination. My setting seem to be ok with IMAP on the correct ports. It was working correctly until 2 day ago.
I can get error code when trying to send a test email saying "an unkown errror occured, error code 0x800c8101
Anyone have and ides

Yes i am a current BT customer with Premium email
If you are a BT broadband customer you don't need to pay for Premium Mail.
if youe sure your a bt customer change email clent use thunderbird availble om microsoft store
see if this makes a diffrence
on a windows 10/11 device serach for this via microsoft store (where this screenshot say open because this is already installed yours will say "install" if you dont already have it on your pc/laptop)
then use theese settings in thunderbird
Apologies for my late reply, this is due to my wife having to go to A&E.
For some weird reason all is now well and emails have restarted downloading into Outlook on my laptop
