Hi, hoping someone can assist me.
There are three (that I know of, could be more) e mails addresses where I have suddenly stopped receiving e mails from them. All three are also BT Internet e mail addresses, same as mine.
The people send e mails to me, but they do not appear in my inbox or spam (when sent to multiple people, the others all receive the e mails).
They are not on my blocked contacts list or anything like that.
Any advice/ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I suggest that you re check the Blocked Senders list again and this time look for the contacts domain, not just the email address ie btinternet.com
I would do that using a web browser and not with the BTMail app.
