Not receiving emails from a particular sender

Good Morning.

I am not receiving emails from a @blueraydb.com email address. I have added the person to my safe sender list but still their emails are not coming through. I am part of a group email chat and if anyone else replies I can see their responses but not if that sender replies. Everyone else with other providers get their emails so clearly this is a BT issue where they are blocking the sender address. Can you assist with unblocking please?  Many thanks

Re: Not receiving emails from a particular sender

Log onto your BTMail account using a browser, not an email client/app, and then click on your username at the right hand side. Select "Settings" then go to the left hand side and select "Mail".

Scroll down and click on "Blocked Senders". Scroll down the list until you find the the email address and or the email domain you want to unblock and select it.

Click on the small "Trash" symbol at the right hand side. It will only delete the email address from the blocked senders list not your contacts list.

Its not in the blocked senders list - I have one page of blocked senders (which I havent blocked) but thats it... I assume there should be more but it doesnt give me the option to carry out a search facility. Checked that before I asked 🙂

The Blocked Senders list is a scrollable list not a paged list.

You will need to contact the BTMail Team on 0330.1234.150 and see if they can help.
