I changed my BT Email password on my PC and now I can't receive or send emails on my iphone. I've tried to update the new password on my iphone Email Ap in Settings but I can't access my email account in settings to make the changes. I've gone Settings-Apps-Mail-Mail Accounts but I can't open them to update the password. Any advice much appreciated. Anna

As it is an Apple problem rather than a BT problem, it would be better asking how to change it on an Apple forum.
What app on the phone do you use for mail?
If it's the Apple Mail account I think you do it in that app not settings.
Yes I use the Apple Mail ap and when I opened it this morning it asked me for my password and the problem is now resolved. It took several hours for my password change in BT Mail to filter through the my Apple Mail Ap. Although I still can’t access my Mail accounts via Settings on my iPhone oddly but I’ll work on that now. Thank you for your reply.
