Re: Change password on sub-account?

In ‘Your Products’ > Email > Manage your Email I can see my primary account and my three sub-accounts (not gifted). If I click on ‘See Options’ on the primary account it shows two options; i) change password and ii) delete account. But the sub-account options are ‘delete account’ only; there is no ‘change password’ option on them! I’m a BT Internet customer and have a My BT account. I can’t add two of the sub-accounts to my Apple Mail apps, so I’m currently trying to resolve that and therefore want to try changing the password(s) on those sub-accounts - hence my frustration. Yes, I can access the sub-accounts via webmail but using the mail client doesn’t give me access. Any suggestions gratefully received. Thanks.

If you know your password logon to the email account you want to change the password then click your username in the top-right corner then select "Account info" from the dropdown box then on the next page, select "Change my password" and follow the instructions

If that does not work or you do not know the password go to the logon page and you should see the option "Forgot log in details" Try using that option by clicking on it.
