Stuart, I hope you are still a moderator for the BT Community as I need your help and you helped someone with a similar issue
I have my principal e mail account ending @btconnect.com and an Sub account for my wife, ending the same way. I am really struggling to find anyway of getting support from BT to reset my wife's password
There is little support for the e mails ending @btconnect.com, she has changed iphones to a new model and the outlook mail is asking for the password, which she does not reacall - is there any support you can support me with to reset the passowrd
@Petergbpre1205 To be fair, it does say in his user title that he is retired and the thread is 3 years old. Maybe someone else might step in.
A btconnect is a business email account. You will need to post on the BT Business forum to see if anybody there can help.
