Unable to log in to email

I can't login to my email account on my laptop. It is very strange, because I can login using my mobile, but not on my laptop. 

This is the message I get. Please help.  Thank you

There has been a problem with BTMail today but it has apparently now been resolved.

Thank you for your reply.  After reading your message I l went back and attempted to login to my emails and it went straight through.
