Receipt of emails

Go to solution

I belong to a bowls club where emails are sent via the website to members.  It would appear that these emails are not being delivered to  my email address and are being blocked.  I understand from the webmasters that it is not the fault of the website but bt tend to bounce these emails from being delivered.  My email is a talk21 address but my husband, who has a btinternet address is also having his emails "bounced".  Other members with  bt email addresses are also being "bounced" and it is a bit of a hit and miss whether they get through.

Is there some way that bt can allow these emails to come through, usually they are sent to multiple members which may be the reason they are considered spam, but it is becoming rather annoying as urgent emails are not getting through to us.

The BT email account holders and you should add the bowling clubs email address to your safe senders list.

Don't post it but is the bowling club using a BT email address?

If the bowling club is using a business email address to send the emails they should make sure they are complying with the following link.

They could also contact the BT Postmaster whose email address is in the following link and ask to have their email address white listed.
