You may have to log onto your email account using a web browser to do this. Check your Trash folder. Folders do not show in the main section of the Trash folder. You will find deleted folders in the Trash folder by clicking on the > arrow to the left of the Trash folder.
When you find the folder just drag and drop back to where you want it.
