Restore Conversation Mode

How do I get out of Attachment mode and restore Conversation mode?

The drop-down menu doesn't work. The conversation mode entry is greyed out.

Don't panic everyone, I've fixed it. Click on "None" in the Change View drop-down menu then the conversation mode field will re-appear.
