Sending e-mails with pdf, photo attachments

When trying to send e-mails with pdf or photo attachments the message fails to send and I get displayed "check message content and subject matter that could be construed as malware, spam or Phishing. Error code 553

Word, excel attachments send ok

Is there an easy fix for an IT novice like me?

Switching the Router off, leaving it off for twenty minutes, switching back on seems to have solved the problem for me.
