How do I separate my BT ID and my email, so that I can have separate passwords for each? At the moment changing my BT ID password also changes my BT Email password gggggggrrrrrr
To change only your BTMail password log onto your BTMail account then go to settings found by clicking on your user name at the top right then go to account info then change password and follow the prompts.
