Sub Folders missing

Hi I hope someone out there can help. I’ve recently been checking my folders and sub folders within my inbox and have discovered several have gone missing, I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this and how they managed to retrieve them?

Just to check first of all, how is it you're normally viewing your emails?

Is this via a dedicated app / client, or are you logging in directly to BT Webmail?

Hi I tried using Outlook, Thunderbird and finally logged direct into the web server all efforts showed the same results. The same sub folders missing from my folder tree.
