Thunderbird Email Client - Error Sending message about changing Settings?

Hello, I'm trying to send an email but as you can see from the attached image it shows that error - I've looked in the server settings but can't see anything that's shouting out at me.

Any help please?

Are you using port 465 with SSL/TLS or using port 25? If 25, you need to change to 465

 

Please delete or edit the image as it exposes an email address.
