Unable to get login screen

When I try to login to my BT mail via the web page www.bt.com i get the following error message returned, this is before I even get the screen to enter my login details:

The request is blocked.

This is on both a PC and Apple mac. I can still download messages on my iPhone.

Anyone else got this problem?

Hi all,

I've just tried to log in to BT email this afternoon (9 Feb 2026) and all I get is a white screen with black text saying:-

"The request is blocked.", followed by a long line of code.

It's the same on both my computers, on one of which I use "Edge" browser, and on one of which I use "Chrome" browser. On the browser tab it says "Service unavailable". This is on webmail.

Is anyone else having the same problem, or aware of the problem?

If you look at Down Detector, they've had over 1000 reports re no emails access today

getting same message , on my laptop , tablet , firefox  .microsoft edge, must be BT end

I have the same  'The request is blocked' problem.  However, it is also blocked on my iPhone.

If you check Down Detector there's problems with bt emails today, theres been over 1000 reports this afternoon
