Please help. I am with EE but have kept my bt e mail address, suddenly, I am unable to send e mails from my bt account. I seem to be going round in circles. They are just saving in my drafts?

How are you using your BTMail email account. Is it with a web browser or with an email client?
Can you checked in your MyBT by going to "Your Products" then "Email Manage". In the Manage email page your email "Account Type" should be showing as "Standard".
Thank you. It was an e mail client but now I can access it on the wrb. I only have basic because I moved over to EE so I wonder if thats why ? I am on an ipad
That will be why but you should be able to keep the standard account.
You need to call BT email team 0330.1234.150 and get them to move your email back to a Standard account.
