I get this message when trying to log onto mail:
Unable to validate the information provided.
No matter where I try - Google, Edge still has the same message.
Any ideas?

I get this message "Unable to validate the information provided "and have tried everything including clearing cache, using different web browsers (google, firefox etc), using an independent machine not used before and get this error every time too what ever I try. So would also like to know how to solve.

Having intially sorted this escapade out and enjoyed being able to aceess email, both on iPhone and online...we're back to where we started, or so it appears!
Really, isn't it about time you got your act together and sorted these issues once and for all...it's getting rather tedious now don't you think?
I know we are in the midst of a heatwave here, but please, I'm really hoping that this will not be the excuse used...Light and tunnel comes to mind, but will it be, that is the question?

Yes, it worked about an hour after my question. Any ideas what caused it please.

Just logged in this morning, so back up and running again...was just aghast that it had happened again having sorted it out previously

Just to confirm I I managed to login as normal today (without doing anything).
