I am awaiting an important verification email and am not receiving it - the spam folder is completely empty. I do not know the email address that the email is being sent from so I cannot make it a safe address.

The support team couldn't find anything wrong with the account, despite looking at a number of things, and still nothing in the spam folder. So no further forward - I have contacted the help team of the app to see if the problem is from their end.
@stuartdm Thanks for the update, I am sorry the issue is still ongoing. Hopefully the app team you speak to can let you know the e-mail address they use to send the verification to add it to your safe senders and see if that does resolve it.
